H42 Flange Foot Valve
The valve is installed at the bottom of the suction pipe of the pump, and can automatically prevent the backflow of fluid.
All products will be guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance. Defective meters or parts discovered within this period shall be replaced without charge upon return to the HBM Meters.
Performance and use
The valve is a kind of energy saving valve, which is generally installed at the bottom of the underwater suction pipe of the pump. Restrict the liquid in the pump tube to return to the water source, and play the function of only entering and not leaving. There are many inlet products and reinforcing bars on the valve cover, which is not easy to block, mainly used in pumping pipes, watercourses and supports. The caliber has single lobe, double lobe, multi-lobe type, flange connection and threaded connection.
Structure and principle
The valve is composed of valve estimate, valve disc, valve cover, bushing, sealing ring and other parts, as shown in the figure below, water enters the valve body from the valve cover. Under the pressure of the fluid, the valve disc opens the water, and when the pressure in the outlet pipe closes the valve disc quickly after the indicating stop, the liquid will not be poured back to the water source, which plays the role of smooth pumping and saving water energy loss.
